Supporting Independent Cinema: IEFTF Collaborates with Hubert Bals Fund on 2026 Development Support
The Development Support scheme of International Film Festival Rotterdam’s Hubert Bals Fund at International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is a programme that provides vital early-stage funding to filmmakers working in regions where access to financing, industry infrastructure and international opportunities can be limited. The initiative enables projects to advance through script development, research, mentorship and market preparation, helping exceptional stories move closer to production.
